I currently offer teletherapy sessions for clients located in Oregon and Washington.
Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes. Couples and relationship sessions are also 50 minutes. Therapy begins after an initial consultation and intake process, where we can discuss your needs, goals, questions, and whether my approach feels like a good fit.
Individual therapy, 50-minute session: $180
Couples/ relationship therapy, 50-minute session: $230
Sliding Scale individual therapy: $110-$170, based on availability
I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can briefly connect, discuss what you are seeking support with, and determine whether working together may be a good fit.
This consultation is informal and does not include therapy or clinical assessment. If we decide to move forward, therapy begins during our first scheduled intake session.
To schedule a consultation, please contact me using the form on the Contact page.
I currently accept the following insurance plans:
Insurance coverage and benefits vary by plan. Before beginning therapy, we will verify your eligibility, benefits, copay, deductible, and any relevant authorization requirements.
I also accept private pay clients. Payment is collected at time of service, and I accept major credit cards.
If I am not in-network with your insurance plan, I may be able to provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Many insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network services, though coverage varies.
Please contact your insurance provider directly to ask about reimbursement for out-of-network behavioral health or counseling services.
I offer a limited number of reduced-fee individual therapy slots for clients with financial need. Sliding scale availability depends on current openings.
If cost is a barrier, you are welcome to ask about current reduced-fee availability or other payment options.
If you are paying privately or are uninsured, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining expected costs for services. I provide this information as part of the intake and financial agreement process.
You can learn about your rights under the No Surprises Act here.
